PROPHETIC FORTUNES.
I'm beginning to think that God speaks to me through fortune cookies. At the beginning of year I had a fortune that said: "You are going to travel somewhere far away." And I did! For a whole month! It was glorious!
Lately, I've been feeling that I'm supposed to take another break. So, last night I opened up a couple of fortunes. Some were bad, but two were really great. Here's what each one said:
1. Remember three months from this date. Good things are in store for you.
2. Need some adventure and enjoyment? Take a vacation.
So...I think God is trying to tell me that in 3 months I will be taking a vacation. :) We shall see! I'm telling you...prophetic fortunes are the way to go. :)

GLUTEN FREE SHOPPING...
Cost a lot of money. Glad that it's only me and is super happy that Whole Foods is right down the street from work and love the fact that they are EXTREMELY organized. You can spot gluten free products fairly easily and the workers there are EXTREMELY nice. I love it!!!
I had my first taste of gluten free bread tonight. I was craving a sandwich. Not too shabby. The key is...low expectations also I have a high tolerance and adaptation to weird/strange tasting foods. So...that comes in quite handy. :) For that alone, I am truly grateful. :)

SELF INFLICTED MISERY.
So...I've decided that I wanted to try different eating habits. So, this week, I'm going Gluten Free. It's really hard because almost everything that I want to eat contains some form of Gluten. It's driving me nuts! I don't know why I do this to myself. It's not like I'm doing it because I actually have health issues. I'm doing it because I'm curious. Of course I can quit anytime, but I can't and won't do that because it means I'm weak. Aughhhhhhhhhhh....why do I inflict misery upon myself? :)
After this...I'm going vegan. My body is going to hate me!
